How can I raise a ticket to the support team?
On the bottom of your dashboard, there is a red button that by clicking on, the ticket form will be displayed asking you to insert your concern or your complaint details.
Once you are finished, click on the “Submit button” and your ticket will sent to our specialized team to assist you.
